A career booster opportunity for a Human Resources Director as part of Honeywell Process Solutions SBU based out of Houston TX where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the strategy and talent deployment for our business teams globally. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the HPS leadership team.
You will report to the Vice President HR, Honeywell Process Solutions.
As an HR leader, you will develop the HR strategy for the business encompassing multiple geographies. You will partner closely with business leaders to develop HR strategies to fuel business growth while focusing on building business capabilities to pivot towards growth & productivity. You will also actively engage in and lead business transformation, organization effectiveness, and productivity improvement measures for business agility, organizational development & talent management.
In this role, you will impact the organization by developing and implementing HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent for our business teams. You will partner with business guides to comprehend their talent needs and provide guidance in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, guide development, and employee engagement.
Your focus will be to help the business become a customer-centric organization and achieve its strategic growth objectives through resource realignment and top grading the talent. Working cohesively with Pole & Regional HR Leaders, you will lead strategizing & executing key business imperatives while being part of HPS HRLT.
You will be responsible for increasing the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups by:
Building a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Driving continuous improvement and leading change in a premiere Human Resources organization.
Partnering with senior business & functional leaders to continually drive the effectiveness of the business through developing organization design and leadership changes as appropriate to ensure maximum business success.
Ensuring an ongoing and proactive focus on driving change within the business, linking change management needs, communications, tools, and processes with overall business cultural and change direction, to evolve the business culture and mindset as required for success.
Assessing the current organization and partnering with stakeholders to create a strategy and vision around the development of future state process flows to identify needed organizational and workflow changes.
Leading key transition & integration projects in partnership with global and local stakeholders.
Owning and driving talent strategy for the business overall, strategizing towards building talent capabilities, strengthening succession, diversity, and inclusion.
You Must Have:
10 years progressive professional Human Resources experience.
5+ years’ experience in Human Resources leadership/management roles within a global organization.

Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in Business, HR, Employment Relations, or Organizational Development or related discipline.
Extensive HR experience including strong HR functional expertise and track record of implementing large scale change projects.
Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, driving performance, consistently producing superior results, cultivating ownership while enforcing company policies and applicable law.
Knowledgeable on employment law matters, employment legislation, and compliance.
Strong communicator with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive action. A collaborative management style.
Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with senior levels in the organization.
Comfortable as a "hands-on" manager and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgement.
Honesty, integrity, and trust-building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required.
Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization.
Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
