Role Description: • Technical expert in ServiceNow with a minimum 7+ years working experience as Developer and 9 years overall in IT. • Vulnerabilities Management • SecOps (Security Incident response, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability response) Vulnerability integration with third party tools and integrations - Qualys, Tenable and Wizcreate reports and performance analytics dashboards • ServiceNow Integration and API Development • Service Catalog and CMDB Improvements and development • Access Control Lists (ACLs), Business rules, import sets, Update Sets, Workflows, Script Include, Client Script, Glide Ajax, UI Builder and UI pages, Widgets, Portal, Events and Notifications, Inbound actions, UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Macros and Data Policies in ServiceNow. • Developing workflows and customizing applications in ServiceNow using Java script, HTML, CSS (AngularJS/Bootstrap), XML, jQuery, SOAP, REST, Jelly, AJAX, JSON. • Experience in design, build and implementation of Flow Designer, assessments, integrations. • Worked on fixing the bugs in the existing API integrations and syncing with different modules to meet Business. • Work closely with stakeholders and partners to perform technical design, integration and development activities • Expertise in ServiceNow Integrations, scripting including JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery. • Good understanding on various authentication methods used for integrating ServiceNow system with other tools. • SecOps, SIR, ITSM, CMDB Modules experience is must. • Understanding of ITIL v3 and its components. • Good knowledge on building scripted web services. • Hands on experience with working on 2 or more end-to-end integrations. • Hands on experience on Workflow automation tools such as Flow designer, Integration hub etc.
