Salary Range: $180K-$220K/Annum
Job Description:Client is looking for people with LLM experience to join us in building next-gen products for our customers.You will be working with a team of other Turing engineers across different skillsets.Required skills:
7+ years of professional in building Machine Learning models & systems1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.Experience in driving the engineering team toward a technical roadmap.Experience in programming skills in Python, Langchain and SQL is a must.Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWSExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEsSame rubric as Technical Delivery Manager - GenAI minus the client communication, and needs to be very hands on.Lead GenAI client engagementsPerform business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution workflow design for GenAI/ML projectsAlign the engineering team toward a technical roadmapStudy new LLM research topics and implement the same to showcase technical prowess to clients and build valueIndustries:
Financial Services - preferred but not limitedManager Machine Learning, AIML Manager, Data Science Manager,Driving client and internal team
