Job Description:As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project objectives are met. This role involves analyzing business needs, eliciting and managing requirements, and facilitating the successful implementation of products, services, or results. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and expertise in Agile methodologies to drive collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify problems, define needs, and determine project objectives.Act as the liaison between Product Owners/Business Owners and IT teams, ensuring seamless communication.Define project scope, perform risk analysis, and manage stakeholder engagement.Facilitate knowledge transfer, collaboration, and user acceptance testing to ensure project alignment with business goals.Track user adoption and engagement metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to prioritize requirements and break them into MVPs.Analyze business domain initiatives to identify epics, features, and refine product backlogs.Convert business requirements into detailed process flows and functional specifications.Serve as a proxy Product Owner or business lead when required to ensure project momentum.Utilize Agile principles and tools to drive effective collaboration, backlog management, and sprint planning.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

Proven experience in business analysis, including eliciting requirements, stakeholder management, and process modeling.Strong communication and facilitation skills to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.Flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to evolving requirements and priorities.Proficiency in Agile tools and techniques for backlog management, collaboration, and reporting.Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, with the ability to guide teams in applying Agile principles.Capability to conduct detailed analysis and break down complex requirements into actionable items.Familiarity with creating business process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.Knowledge of Agile metrics to track user adoption and identify areas for improvement.Technical knowledge is a plus, providing the ability to understand development challenges and support technical teams effectively.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
