About the Unit
PTCA (Angioplasty Recovery) is a 14-bed advanced cardiovascular interventional unit
that provide pre & post procedural care for acute cardiology patients: cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology which includes ablations, pacemaker insertions, ICD placement, and TAVRs. We also do Watchmans and Mitraclips.

The center also includes a Pancreas Disease Center, a GI Motility Clinic, and Advanced Heart Failure and VAD programs.
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units
Associates’s degree from accredited college or University
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or University
