Position Summary: Bio-Techne is seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for configuration, user support, maintenance, testing, and deployment of functionality across Salesforce environments. Key Responsibilities: Work with team in an agile development methodology Configuration within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Territory Management, Experience Cloud, Revenue Intelligence, and Field Service Lightning Respond to user requests and handle administrative functions including flows, reports and dashboards, user account maintenance, integrations, and bug resolution Assess the impact of new Salesforce requirements on existing process and integrations Demo functionality to end users and work with product owners to critically evaluate and help craft user stories Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices and guidelines to improve system productivity Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business, or related field Prior experience as Administrator at an organization using Salesforce as their CRM Current certification as Salesforce administrator Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Territory Management experience preferred (not expecting past experience in all of these areas) Why Join Bio-Techne: We offer competitive wages along with extensive benefits for employees and their families.
