Our client in the telecommunications industry is seeking a Telecom Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Telecom Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Operations team supporting Telecom Solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent strategic planning, project management, and telecom systems experience, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Telecom Operations Analyst Location: Chandler, AZ Pay Range: $40-45 per hour What's the Job? Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for the internal voice infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements. Design and develop IVR menus, call flows, and voice prompts to ensure seamless customer interactions. Lead the transition from Genesys to a CCaaS platform, ensuring minimal disruption to service and optimal performance. Lead continuous improvement and tools integration efforts to optimize telecom solutions within an IT ServiceDesk structure. What's Needed? Extensive experience in telecom systems, strategic planning, and project management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with Genesys and CCaaS platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. What's in it for me?
