As a Recruiter specializing in non-technician retail positions, you will play a critical role in building and supporting our retail operations by attracting and hiring top talent for positions within our car dealerships, including roles in sales, finance, administration, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships, to attract qualified candidates for non-technician retail roles.End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and onboarding.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers in retail dealership locations to understand their staffing needs, provide market insights, and establish effective recruitment strategies.Job Posting Management: Develop compelling job postings and manage candidate applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates.Market Research & Trends: Stay current with industry trends, salary data, and market conditions to effectively position AutoNation as an employer of choice.Reporting & Metrics: Track and report key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment processes.Candidate Experience: Prioritize a positive candidate experience by communicating promptly, providing feedback, and ensuring transparency throughout the recruitment process.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in retail or high-volume hiring. Automotive industry experience is a plus.Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and an ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Workday and other recruiting tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions effectively.
