Position Overview:
Title : Manager of Financial ReportingLocation : Florissant, MO (On-Site)Salary : $95,000 - $130,000 (Annually)Reports to : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Employment Type : Full-time, Exempt
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the preparation of
monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial reports for the organization.Perform
quarterly royalty calculations
and report on product revenue and ROI.Prepare
inventory reporting
and deliver
Board-level reports
on key financial metrics.Provide critical support for
audits , ensuring financial statements align with
GAAP
standards.Collaborate across departments to assist in generating insightful financial data for senior leadership, offering analysis to help with business decision-making.Contribute to
ad-hoc reporting
tasks and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure efficient financial operations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
is required.6+ years of experience
in an accounting or finance role, with an emphasis on
external audits
and
public accounting
experience.Comprehensive understanding of
FASB pronouncements
and
GAAP .Advanced
Excel proficiency
(pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.) is essential.Experience with
NetSuite
is a plus.Strong
analytical skills
with a strategic approach to problem-solving.Skills & Abilities:
Strong written and verbal
communication skills
with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to
collaborate effectively
