Responsibilities
Support the growth of the company by hiring new talent for our international officesSource potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and assessmentsConduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidatesManaging hiring processes via our Applicant Tracking SystemsAssess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking SystemCollaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employeesDesign job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirementsCounsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environmentOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsFoster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidatesDeveloping hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the fieldSuggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activitiesRequirements
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldProven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar roleHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsAbility to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidatesKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidatesProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trendsOutstanding communications and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills
