Yours included.The Senior Strategic Sourcer develops strategies for talent pipeline and talent attraction. This role will design, develop, and execute proactive sourcing strategies to meet recruiting goals based on business priorities and workforce planning, as well as identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations.This Senior Strategic Sourcer will:Design, develop, and execute strategic sourcing methods optimizing direct sourcing, database mining, networking, name generation, cold-calling, industry events, associations, online communities, external research, and social marketing.Identify key behavioral and technical proficiencies that drive success, share recruitment sourcing strategy, and set expectations around process and timeline.Proactively anticipate needs and develop innovative solutions to address talent attraction challenges.Develop and leverage sourcing channels to identify and network with diverse, nationwide talent to drive qualified, passive talent into our process.Develop relationships through outreach with high potential candidates for immediate hiring needs and longer-term strategic talent needs.Research, articulate, and drive talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographics, enabling TA team and hiring managers to be proactively informed based on industry trends.Leverage data to tell compelling stories, evaluate opportunities for success, and drive outcomes.Conduct in-depth intake meetings with the business and their TA partners to ensure alignment on position and candidate profile and establish clarity on roles and responsibilities.Collaborate with Ad Agencies and Corporate Marketing to create social media content, specifically on LinkedIn and other social channels.Proactively develop, administer, and evolve strategies that support Diversity & Inclusion initiatives aimed to expanding talent attraction of diverse talent.To qualify, you must have:BA degree and minimum of 4 years of prior experience in a Sourcing or Recruiting role.An additional 4 years of experience may replace the degree requirement.Strong knowledge of social media channels and applicant tracking systems for recruiting purposes.Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other position applicable software applications, including internet and technology-based recruiting solutions.Boston Children's Hospital offers competitive compensation and unmatched benefits including flexible schedules, affordable health, vision and dental insurance, child care and student loan subsidies, generous levels of time off, 403(b) Retirement Savings plan, Pension, Tuition and certain License and Certification Reimbursement, cell phone plan discounts and discounted rates on T-passes.
