Scrum Master4-month initial contractHybrid working - Gaydon (2 days pw onsite)£32 per hour (Inside IR35)*Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.*About the companyI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Scrum Master to join their team.Job DescriptionAs Scrum Master, your main responsibilities include:Ensuring that squads operate effectively using agile principles.Ensuring that squads have a clear plan, set achievable goals and drive progress through sprints.Facilitating the removal of squad impediments.Reporting squad progress transparently to stakeholders across the business.Qualifications / Skills neededRecognised Agile methodologies or Scrum Master Certification.Ability to manage complex projects/products, across diverse teams & global locations.Degree qualified or equivalent experience.Understanding of high-quality user stories and how to drive to a satisfactory MVP.An adaptable and pragmatic approach, and a curious mind.How to ApplyIf you're interested in applying for this position, submit your application and one of our recruiters will be in touch.
