· Develop and execute effective advocacy strategies that align with organizational goals and amplify our message to key audiences.· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, policymakers, and other stakeholders to support advocacy efforts.· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure advocacy strategies are integrated into broader marketing and communications plans.· Monitor and analyze policy developments and industry trends to inform advocacy strategies and adjust tactics as needed.· Lead the creation of advocacy materials, including briefs, presentations, and digital content, to engage and educate stakeholders and the public.· Organize and participate in events, meetings, and other activities to promote advocacy objectives and build community support.· Manage and mentor a team of account managers and specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.· Help lead business development efforts and expand Aristotle’s advocacy brand amongst the government affairs marketplace.· Report on the progress of advocacy campaigns, evaluating their impact and effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes.Salary Range:
$90k-$150k/yearThis role requires an in-office presence Monday-Friday.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, Public Affairs, a related field, or equivalent work experience. A Master’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in advocacy, public affairs, policy, or a related area, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful advocacy campaigns and programs.Strong understanding of the political and policy-making process, with experience engaging with policymakers and stakeholders at various levels.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and persuasively.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional projects.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.All positions are Full-Time, with competitive compensation, medical benefits, paid vacation, 401k plan, and stock options.
