Job Description
Intuitive is looking for a highly passionate, creative, and data-driven individual who can provide insights support to the Information Technology team. This high-visibility role will focus on supporting the Project Management and Execution teams, Finance Teams, and Project Owners with actionable insights. To do this effectively, the Senior IT Business Analyst will need to leverage their technical and analytical skills to make connections between data sets to help business owners understand the impacts they are having on broader organization and financial goals. The Senior IT Business Analyst will also communicate closely with PMO, Enterprise Analytics, and Finance functions to develop and / or refine processes impacting data collection and curation to ensure the teams can learn from their data and make operational adjustments as needed.Roles & ResponsibilitiesWork with IT PMO and EA teams to (1) develop and refine dashboards and reports to help project teams understand gaps in project plans and actuals and (2) provide data-based recommendations for process improvements;Develop and enhance models that improve accuracy and reduce time spent on project planning activities;Work with FP&A partners to analyze outside labor and cap labor results; provide actionable insights back to IT leadershipTrain users on use of dashboards and reports including what actions they can take based on insights they can draw from those artifactsMonitor trends and key metrics, including project plan changes and productivity changes within the IT organizationConsolidate and refine reports and dashboards with a focus on providing the highest-value insights over custom solutionsWork with IT leadership to develop and refine effective quality control processes that yield more accurate and meaningful insights
