Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Location: A city located in southeastern Washington State, part of the Tri-Cities metropolitan. Situated at the confluence of the Columbia, Yakima, and Snake rivers, this city enjoys a scenic setting with abundant outdoor recreational opportunities. Facility: A private company that provides medical disability examination and evaluation services to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Opportunity: * ASAP - ongoing * Willing to accept providers with sporadic availability - will be on an as-needed basis. * Two (2) options listed above - Travel and perform exams at leased facility and/or schedule Veterans within your own practice (noted above what is allowed) * Will bill per exam * Initial PTSD exams, follow up PTSD exams, and other mental health exams * DMA certification available (can get CME credits) will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified * Own personal laptop (NO MACs) * (DBQs) * Evaluations to be completed in provider portal * Record review is required in most cases * No call! * No weekend! Compensation: * Initial PTSD Exam (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT) * PTSD follow up and all other mental health exams (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT) * One time bonus for completing all required training * Mileage - IRS Standard Rate (for personal vehicles only) * Parking * Tolls * Rideshare
