Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced nurses for a travel contract for their MS/Tele float pool. Job Requirements The right candidate will have 2 years of current tele experience Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to starting (2 max attempts) and will take a pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation. Schedule Information Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 7-7. Unit Specific Information Unit details for Tele B3A, Neuro, MedSurg C5, and MedSurg B2C available with specifics like bed numbers, ratios, weekend requirements, etc. No pediatrics, 15 y/o and older. Floating is required. Must clock-out when leaving one campus then clock-in when arrive at the other campus. Additional Details There will be frequent floating to the sister facility, Mercy Gilbert. COVID vaccine is required or declination form with supporting documentation from clergy or MD.
