The scope of the proposed services will include the following:Support resource for data migration and conversion activities;Documenting business processes and requirements around data conversion approaches;Translate requirements into functional and technical designs, including implementing stories and process flows;Recommend eliminating, retaining, or enhancing business processes and documenting those results.

Required Skills & Experience
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:Four (4) years experience in data migration, cleansing and conversion projects;Three (3) years experience in data analysis using SQL queries to assist with the technical design effort, data cleansing effort and resolution of bugs/defects;Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs;Ability to create complex SQL queries.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:Experience with Corrections processes;Ability to understand complex business problems;Understanding of data conversion challenges and troubleshoot issues;Understanding of the underlying technical architecture and legacy systems;Understanding of database platforms and database design.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
