Day Salary Range:
$107,097 - $113,047 As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will leverage your advanced training and clinical experience to assess and manage patients with specialized health needs. You'll be responsible for a wide range of duties including conducting thorough patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and implementing effective care plans tailored to individual needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Utilize your knowledge in anatomy, pharmacology, and human development to inform patient care. Perform comprehensive physical examinations and collect vital clinical data. Interpret medical lab test results, diagnose conditions, and administer required treatments. Complete accurate patient coding for effective billing and maintain detailed medical reports. Lead clinical teams during shifts to facilitate efficient patient scheduling and discharge processes. Provide mentorship to new staff and physician assistant students. Qualifications: Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program - required. Proficiency with computerized medical recordkeeping and billing systems. Demonstrated professional image and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must comply with HIPAA regulations consistently. Current NP licensure along with ATLS and BCLS certifications upon hire. Physical Demands: Consistent standing and walking, with frequent lifting and carrying required. Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, crouching, and grasping.
