Performance Test Engineer :

- Performance testing and validation of application and infrastructure changes that are going to production- Work with Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts and Developers to ensure comprehensive system testing coverage, reliability, performance, and quality- Analyze testing requirements and develop testing strategies and plans- Review and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures including database impacts, software scenarios, and usability- Maintain and update application documentation in a timely manner

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Experience as a Performance Tester or Performance Engineer- Experience with LoadRunner Enterprise ( ex HP Performance Center ) and VUGen ( Virtual User Generator )- Apache JMeter for performance testing and load generation- Application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk- Experience in performance testing scripting, analysis, and providing optimization recommendations- Ideally ( not mandatory ) experience with Salesforce/SFDC testing- Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and documentation
