C5 Systems SME II

ManTech is seeking a C5 Systems SME to provide subject matter expertise, and in-depth technical and field exercise support across a multitude of innovative activities and efforts related to development, evaluation, and transition of leading edge C5ISR and Information Systems to our Nation's fighting forces.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as a primary SME for Marine Corps information systems research and development across command, control, communications, computers, and cyber (C5) functions.
Provide advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis design integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems which require extensive knowledge of information systems, workflows, and interactions for effective implementation of enterprise and tactical solutions.
Provide strategic guidance on the implementation and integration of information technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
Apply principles, methods, and knowledge within information functional areas of expertise to customer requirements and provide advice on esoteric problems which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter.
Design and prepare technical reports, studies, and related documentation, make charts and graphs to record results, prepare and deliver presentations, training, and briefings as required by the task order.
Collaborate with government and contracted teams to support the development, testing, and deployment of information solutions.
Identify opportunities for capability enhancements and recommend technology insertions to address information-related capability gaps.
Liaise with Marine Corps and other Service information stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational needs and objectives.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and advances in information capabilities relevant to Marine Corps operations.
Support the development of requirements for new or evolving information systems and processes.
Provide mentorship and insight to team members and adjacent staff
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/ Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with 8 to 12 years of related experience
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance / SCI.
Extensive, recent (within 5 years) experience supporting Marine Corps information systems operations and employing associated systems.
In-depth knowledge of current and emerging military C5-related technologies with the ability to align capabilities to capability gaps.
Demonstrated success in supporting information systems activities and initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior military leadership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively with government and contractor teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of DoD acquisition life cycles and systems engineering processes.
Experience with requirements and capabilities development processes (e.g., JCIDS).
Prior senior military or civilian experience supporting USMC information systems.
Knowledge of Marine Corps Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) processes.
Experience in transitioning technologies from development to operational deployment.
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
Clearance Requirements
:
This position requires an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to support field demonstrations and exercises to include traversing rugged terrain on foot, unloading and loading of equipment and systems under test, and riding in military tactical vehicles, ships, and air platforms.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time.
