We are seeking an experienced

HR Manager

to lead and manage all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional with expertise in recruiting, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and compliance. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining an engaging and efficient work environment that helps employees perform at their best and align with the companys goals and support a positive work environment.

By managing key HR processes, this role contributes to employee satisfaction, retention, and overall business success. The HR Manager is also instrumental in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations while fostering continuous improvement in all HR practices. This role is equal parts strategic outlook and hands-on daily execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions, ensuring alignment with business objectivesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees while maintaining or improving an average time-to-fill of 60-days or lessWork closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure the selection of candidates who are a strong fit for both the position and the company culture

Talent Development & Employee Engagement:

Drive the development and execution of talent management strategies to support employee growth, career development, and succession planningConduct regular employee feedback surveys and collaborate with leadership to address any employee concerns or suggestions for improvementCreate and implement programs that foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention

HRIS/HCM Management:

Oversee and manage the company's newly implemented HRIS/HCM system (ADP WorkforceNow), ensuring accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and maintenanceGenerate and analyze HR metrics (turnover, hiring trends, employee satisfaction, etc.) to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management

Training & Development:

Take point on the development of ADPs Learning Management System to create and maintain a centralized curriculum for all of Camelots key policies and positionsDesign, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and promote company cultureDevelop leadership and management training initiatives to strengthen the leadership pipeline and support internal promotionsMonitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and content accuracy over time

General HR Management:

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulationsSupport the development and execution of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to create a positive and productive workplaceManage employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution where necessaryManage and assist with total rewards administration, including conducting market research and providing guidance regarding best-in-class compensation and benefit offerings

Information Technology

Partner with a remote, third-party technology helpdesk to coordinate initial setup and ongoing assistance for all associates throughout the organizationPartner with IT provider, as needed, to enhance overall system functionality and usability to streamline processes and improve efficiency

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have/beA minimum of five (5) years of comprehensive, full-spectrum human resources management experience

A bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredAreas of particular interest for this role include recruitment, training and development, and HCM management

Strong proficiency in HRIS/HCM systems and MS Office Suite

Prior experience with ADP WorkforceNow is highly preferred

Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing training and development programs that drive employee performance and engagementHighly knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best HR practicesExtremely detailed-oriented with excellent project and time-management skillsThorough understanding of and experience managing all components of Human ResourcesAction oriented with an exemplary work-ethic, possessing unusually high integrity and internal driveStrong ability to work well within a team with natural leadership ability to bring out the best in othersPresent a professional appearance and demeanor with excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; genuinely friendly and approachable.Highly organized, focused, persistent and scrupulous about accuracy and detailAble to independently prioritize tasks and committed to on-time completion of workPrioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
