Pilatus is hiring a Procurement Program Manager to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining supplier performance in accordance with agreed contractual terms and real-time business needs. As a global company with a worldwide supplier base, your focus will be on the suppliers located in North America pertaining to resolution of issues that require face-to-face onsite presence - on short notice and over an extended period of time. A successful person in this position will be forward-thinking and able to recommend and implement strategies for improving supplier performance to meet production and customer support requirements. Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Assists with proactive and successful management of assigned suppliers within the North American supplier portfolioHolds suppliers accountable to contractual obligations, commitments, and Key Performance Indicators/MeasuresPerforms supplier risk analysis and monitors compliance with applicable regulationsSupports cost reduction efforts within the supply chainCommunicates proactively with all Pilatus supply chain stakeholdersEscalates issues when needed according to roles and responsibilitiesNegotiates pricing and contractual terms with favorable results for the companyTravels on short notice for in-person support as requiredSupports ongoing supplier management tasksBuilds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers and the procurement team in SwitzerlandCollaborates with internal departments and stakeholders, including leading projects and meetingsSupports tracking of supply chain KPIsSupports implementation of the overall global supply chain strategyWorks professionally in accordance with existing procurement proceduresParticipates actively in the improvement of procurement processes and management of cross-divisional projectsParticipates in special projects as requiredActs as liaison for procurement activities in European and North American Pilatus officesRequirements
Skills/Qualifications
Minimum B.S. in Supply Chain Management or equivalent; graduate degree is an advantageMinimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain and/or strategic procurement role; aircraft industry experience is an advantageExperience with business intelligence tools and supply chain analyticsWillingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally, sometimes on short noticeAbility to develop relationships and interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders across varied business areasSkilled negotiator with the ability to find creative resolutions to conflictGood organizational skills with strong attention to detailWorking knowledge of standard procurement contract terms and conditionsExperience with ERP/MRP softwareProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)Must qualify as a U.S. person in compliance with ITAR 22 CFR 120.62What We Offer

The salary range for this position is $67,301 - 90,856 per year depending on experience. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Pilatus Business Aircraft Ltd was founded in Broomfield, Colorado in 1996. Pilatus' new 118,000 square foot facility is custom-designed to conduct aircraft interior and exterior completions for all PC-12 NGX and PC-24 aircraft delivering to North and South America. This new completions center consolidates the operations Pilatus has performed at the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport for over 20 years.
