Paid Media SpecialistPay Rate: $45.00/hour to $50.00/hour DOEHours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Location: Remote anywhere in the USDuration: 4 monthss a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and channels, targeting B2B prospects and customers to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCampaign StrategyCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that align with B2B objectives, such as lead generation and brand awareness.Platform ManagementManage and optimize campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media channels like Social Media Company, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.Ad CreationWork with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, designs, and formats tailored to engage the B2B audience.Audience TargetingUse audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach specific B2B customer segments with tailored messaging.Budget AnalysisAssess media spend across campaigns, ads, and keywords, providing data-driven optimization recommendations.A/B TestingConduct A/B tests on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to maximize click-through and conversion rates.Performance AnalysisMonitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to continuously improve results.ReportingGenerate regular performance reports and share insights and strategic recommendations with stakeholders.ComplianceEnsure all ad campaigns comply with advertising regulations and industry best practices.Emerging TrendsStay informed about industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices to identify growth and innovation opportunities.Minimum Qualifications
Experience1-3 years of experience executing digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media (Social Media Company, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter).Analytical SkillsProficiency with analytics tools, such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.Communication and CollaborationExcellent communication and teamwork skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.B2B Marketing KnowledgeFamiliarity with B2B marketing principles and best practices is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certifications/Training
Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics) are a plus.
