Description
This person plays a key role as part of our event marketing team by representing the Gunton and Pella brand at local events and festivals. They work with the Events Manager and other Events Coordinators to capture leads and selling opportunities that support divisional sales and market share growth objectives.
Engage with homeowners and other potential customers at events to bring awareness to the Pella brand and work to convert leads to quoting opportunities. Exceed weekly, monthly, and annual appointment goal targets. Participate in daily, weekly or monthly in-person or virtual meetings with manager. Support company functions and promote initiatives that improve employee engagement. Handle all customer requests in a timely and professional manner. Always exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics and adhere to all Gunton Corporation policies. Perform additional responsibilities assigned by your manager. Minimum Qualifications
Friendly, out-going personality is a must! Available to work Part-Time hours at local shows and events within the Philadelphia Division footprint, which can include evenings and weekends A valid driver's license with four points or less during the last three years Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications
College or university degree Previous sales or marketing experience Previous experience supporting the execution of events
