Job Description About the Role We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to become an integral part of our DevOps team that supports our embedded firmware development community. The right candidate will partner with our talented product development staff as Bose delivers new and exciting features for existing and next generation consumer audio products. You’ve enjoyed the work you’ve done to advance a DevOps culture in your organization. You can set up a continuous integration multi-branch Jenkins pipeline but know when simpler is better. Hybrid Work Model: Onsite Tue - Thurs (Framingham, MA) Responsibilities: Establish and maintain CI pipelines to fully automate integration of components across different embedded development teams Build tools that enable release, validation, and publishing of software components for embedded software products Work across software teams to identify opportunities to optimize and remove potential CI/CD bottlenecks Stay up to date on relevant technologies, plug into user groups, understand trends and opportunities to ensure we are using the best possible techniques and tools Design, manage and maintain tools to automate operational processes About You Hands-on experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Kubernetes, Docker, and build automation tools Languages: Python, Groovy, shell scripting Experience with Amazon Web Services or similar cloud platforms Familiarity with C/C++ software builds and embedded systems (Linux, super loops, etc.) Working knowledge of other software development tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, Grafana BS in Computer Science or equivalent 5 years’ experience in DevOps, embedded software development or build infrastructure LI-SP1 Bose is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
