CHG is searching for a mid-to-senior level report developer and data enthusiast to join our Business Partners Analytics team. As a BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into valuable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop business intelligence solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic growth. Success in this role requires highly effective communication, an eye for design, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. A passion for learning and growth is a must, and there's no better place to do it. This role will report to Manager I of Business Intelligence team.
Responsibilities:Design, develop, deliver, and maintain dashboards and visualizations primarily using Tableau, SQL (Snowflake), and Excel (and other tools as needed)Identify and analyze trends, patterns, and opportunities in large datasets to support ad-hoc analysesGather and extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, using statistical and modeling techniques when applicablePartner closely with sales and operations to maintain knowledge of business processes, strategies, information requirements, and key prioritiesAssist in troubleshooting reports, creating documentation, and establishing new best practicesFacilitate and participate in data validation and user acceptance testingQualifications:
Demonstrable ability to develop in Tableau (or close equivalent)High proficiency using SQL in a business context (Snowflake is a plus)Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to evaluate business scenariosSound understanding of BI best practices, relational data models, and reporting techniquesA passion for learning, innovation, and solving tough problems with a team's supportHigh initiative and a meticulous attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey difficult concepts to both technical and non-technical partnersStrong customer service orientationEducation and Years of Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, mathematics, statistics, economics, or similar field3+ years writing SQL2+ years working in Tableau (or close equivalent)3+ years data reporting and/or analysisPreferred:
Snowflake experience is preferred but not requiredPython or R experience is preferred but not requiredHealthcare analytics experience is preferred but not required
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $64,900 -- $197,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
