Job Title:

Cyber Security Service Provider Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist with monitoring, analyzing, detecting, and responding to Cyber events and incidents under supervision supporting the Defense Finance & Accounting ServiceAssists with selecting and applying processes and methodologies to meet cyber performance objectives.May assist with analyzing trends and emerging technology for potential program modernizationConfigures cyber systems to meet user requirements.Supports the acquisition of hardware and software as neededWork in a 24/7 security operations center (SOC) environment at an Indianapolis client facility, including maintaining direct contact with client management to provide analysis and trending of security log data from various security devicesMinimum Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience with incident handling, forensics, sensor alert tracking, or Cybersecurity case managementMinimum of 1+ years of experience in a SOCExperience with Cybersecurity tools, including ArcSight, ACAS, or equivalent SIEM toolsExperience with Cybersecurity forensics tools and methodologiesExperience with network ports and protocolsExperience with log review and analysisSecret clearanceHS diploma or GEDDoD 8570 Baseline Certification CSSP AnalystAbility to work a 12 am-12 pm or 12 pm-12 am shift, including some weekendsNice to Haves:

Knowledge of industry, government, and DoD best practices, including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes, and the development of new attacks and threat vectorsKnowledge of DoD system solutions to mitigate risk in any activity that potentially impacts the security of existing IT and information managementAbility to provide monitoring and risk analysis of zero-day and other vulnerabilitiesAbility to correlate disparate datasets to identify abnormal behaviorAbility to triage SIEM events and determine escalation of indicatorsAbility to apply NIST, federal, and DoD guidelines, policies, directives, and memos as they relate to CybersecurityAbility to pay strict attention to detailPossession of excellent analytical and collaboration skillsCCNA or Network+ CertificationComputing Environment Certification, including McAfee, Blue Coat, RedHat, or CiscoWhat we Offer:
