QA Analyst

Job Summary:The QA Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. The role involves creating and executing test plans, identifying defects, and working closely with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Key Responsibilities: •Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks as needed. •Create, execute, and manage test cases and defect tracking using tools like JIRA or similar platforms. •Collaborate with Agile (Scrum) teams to ensure testing is integrated throughout the development lifecycle. •Perform hands-on test automation using tools and technologies such as Selenium, Junit/TestNG, and Cucumber. •Test REST APIs and SOAP services using tools like SoapUI. •Identify, log, and track defects to resolution. •Continuously improve testing strategies and contribute to the quality assurance process. •Stay updated on new tools, technologies, and methodologies for improving testing efficiency.Required Qualifications: •7+ years of hands-on experience in test automation using Core Java, Selenium, Junit/TestNG, Cucumber, and related tools. •Proficiency in using tools such as SoapUI, REST, API testing frameworks, Eclipse IDE, Maven, Jenkins, and IntelliJ. •Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.Preferred Qualifications: •Experience with creating new automation frameworks from scratch. •Exposure to continuous integration and delivery pipelines. •Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies. •Strong organizational and time management skills.Education: Bachelors Degree
