TL;dr:
We have 10 open engineering roles with an industry leader in crypto with 3 billion in revenue. The team is 30 people strong with a true remote first culture. We at G2i placed the senior engineering manager in this company 6 years ago and he came back to us to help his team grow! You must be product minded and sweat the small stuff when it comes to user experience. If you have a high degree of ownership as an engineer you'll be a good fit. If you have experience with growth, memberships, subscriptions (eg. doordash, instacart) that is a huge bonus. We'll want to know more about your super power as an engineer. What are you best at? The team is looking for engineers that aren't just going to pass the tech interviews, but will actually help the team level up as a whole.
Tech Stack:
The backend roles require at least 3 years of overall experience. Go is a must. Nice to haves are experience with MongoDB, AWS, Airflow, and Cadence Workflow. We also have frontend focused roles here and a very senior frontend/fullstack role here.
Location:
Fully remote. US or Canada.
Compensation: United States:
$220-250k total compensation (this includes RSU's that vest quarterly. performance bonuses can increase the total comp further. see the

Transforming monolithic applications into scalable microservices for improved maintainability. Collaborating closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to create actionable quarterly roadmaps. Writing clean, well-tested code that ensures the reliability of backend systems tailored to user needs. Contributing to the strategic vision for scaling backend infrastructure and services. What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years in software engineering. Experience in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services with a focus on service-oriented architecture. Strong coding abilities, emphasizing quality and testability in your work. A passion for creating technology that fosters a more connected and open financial ecosystem. Nice to Haves:
Experience in rapidly growing environments, transitioning from startups to mid-sized companies. Familiarity with conducting growth experiments or A/B testing. Knowledge of blockchain technologies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum. Experience in decomposing monolithic applications into microservices. Proficiency with tools like Golang, Docker, Sinatra, Postgres, MongoDB, or Redshift. Background in developing high-reliability systems, especially in finance or security sectors.
