Job Description: An insurance client is seeking a Data Migration Validator to support the final stages of a major system implementation. This role will focus on ensuring accurate data migration between payroll systems. This opportunity is expected to be a 30-day project and is a minimum of three days a week in-office.The assignment would start in December with critical work dates between 12/16 and 12/22. Weekend work may be required, due to the timing of when some task need to be completed.

Responsibilities:

Validate that data has been accurately migrated from the legacyHR/Payroll system (Oracle/ADP Enterprise) to the new Payroll System (ADP Global View). Support the in-house team during the final weeks of a major system implementation. Ensure that data migration processes meet established quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience massaging large Excel files and applying formulas to analyze and compare data Ability to work under tight deadlines Proficiency in manipulating large Excel spreadsheets using VLOOKUP, pivot tablesand formulas to identify differences between files
