OBGYN General Join our dedicated team within the OBGYN Generalist Division as a Nurse Practitioner. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to provide top-quality care for patients in a dynamic healthcare setting. You will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes and ensure a family-centered approach to care. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough patient assessments and performing physical examinations. Collecting vital clinical data and preparing patients for various tests and treatments. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests while diagnosing medical conditions. Administering medications, therapies, and performing minor surgical procedures. Maintaining accurate patient records for effective billing and care coordination. Acting as a resource and leader during clinical shifts to streamline patient processing and triage. Mentoring new staff and physician assistant students. Qualifications: Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program is required. Proficiency with computerized medical recordkeeping and billing systems. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills. HIPAA compliance at all times is essential. Licensed Nurse Practitioner status upon hire is mandatory. Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification upon hire is required. Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification upon hire is required. Physical Demands: Constantly standing, walking, talking, and utilizing hand-eye coordination. Frequently lifting, carrying, and reaching.
