Wendy's General Manager - Brookville, PA Golden Eagle Foods (Wendy's) is actively seeking a General Manager to join our team today - someone who can effectively run a well-established Wendy's location and lead a team to excellence and success. Golden Eagle Foods is a leader in the QSR industry. We provide all the tools you need to run a successful store, and we provide a professional team of support staff to help along the way! General Manager Responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise. General Manager Compensation package includes: Competitive pay ($65,000 - $75,000/yr. based on experience) Monthly bonus plan Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Partners in Profit - paid annually. 401k with match Potential Sign-on Bonus Paid vacation with three days available on first day - use it, cash it, roll it! General Manager Criteria: MUST have a minimum of 2-4 years of General Manager Experience; Wendy’s or other quick service restaurant experience is REQUIRED. Must have experience with: Food Ordering System Managing a Team Reading P&L statements Scheduling Training and Development • Must be highly motivated. • Must have excellent interpersonal skills. • Must work well with a team.
