Ob/Gyn Nurse Practitioner

As an Ob/Gyn Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to use your advanced nursing skills in a rewarding and fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to manage and support patients in their healthcare journeys. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough patient assessments and physical examinations. Collect clinical data, including vital signs, and prepare patients for various tests and treatments. Order and interpret lab results and diagnose medical conditions. Provide treatments and administer medications, including performing minor surgeries. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure effective communication of patient care. Lead and mentor new staff and students in clinical practice. Qualifications: Master's Degree in an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Current NP licensure and required certifications (ATLS, BCLS) upon hire. Ability to efficiently use medical recordkeeping and billing systems. Must uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Physical Requirements: Constant standing and walking. Frequent lifting and carrying of patients or equipment. Ability to perform a variety of physical activities, including bending, kneeling, and reaching.
