Senior Product Manager - Client Compute Sub Systems

Job Overview:
Passionate about driving innovation in the mobile / PC market using Arm technologies? As a Client Chipset product manager, you’ll be at the forefront of reshaping the industry. The mission is to define chipset in a way to deliver a step change in compute and graphics performance efficiency and build the most secure platform for the Client market. The product manager will be leading cross-functional teams, influencing product direction, and leading the charge toward groundbreaking solutions. Responsibilities:
Define 'chipset' roadmap strategy from concept, definition, and execution through end of life. Own chipset (main application processor, PMIC, RF, Modem, Transceivers) requirements and drive RFI/RFQ processes with key lead partners. Define mobile and laptop chipset platforms - memory, storage, camera, display, audio, tools, etc. Drive cross-functional effort to define cost and business models, validate, and ensure alignment with business direction. Lead in defining role and responsibilities and engagement model with design service providers, foundries, and silicon partners for successful commercialization. Define sets of deliverables (HW, SW, tools, documentation, etc.) for successful product launch with OEM. Stay up to date on competitive landscape, foundry technologies, and standard body activities (e.g., JEDEC, UCIe). Drive 3rd party IP engagement (including sensors, analog DMC, PHY, multimedia IP) to identify a path to differentiate. Build trust with partners, lead effective communication channels, and bring partner insights throughout the product development lifecycle. Work closely with SiP/OEM/ODM partners and involve them throughout all stages of a product lifecycle to ensure the achievement of product objectives. Required Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in defining chipset requirements and its successful commercialization with major OEMs in Korea, China, and Taiwan. Demonstrate in-depth understanding of chipset components - mobile platform architecture, PMIC, audio, RF, modem, multimedia, camera, etc. Strong engineering background - SoC architecture, Chiplet, D2D, system IP. Good understanding of mobile/laptop SoC design constraints and demonstrate the ability to propose solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills to lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Experience in collaboration with foundries (e.g., TSMC, Samsung, Intel) is a plus. “Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
Experience in post-silicon, RMA, and maintenance support for tier 1 partners. Experience with design service companies. In Return:
