We are looking for a Senior Director, Product Management, to join our Products team, reporting to the VP of Products. This role will be based out of our Tacoma, WA, or Santa Clara, CA offices. In this role, you will set strategy, define roadmap, and ensure the successful delivery of Infoblox DDI solutions with a focus on Infoblox asset discovery and analysis, network automation, and network single source of truth. Specific products include, but are not limited to, Universal Asset Insights, Network Insight, and Cloud Network Automation. What you'll do: Define and execute roadmap and life cycle of Universal Asset Insights, NIOS Network Insight, NIOS Cloud Network Automation, and NetMRI products. Prioritize discovery and visibility integrations with hyperscalers, private cloud vendors, network infrastructure vendors, and technology partners. Work closely with Engineering to gain roadmap commitment, ensure margin objectives are met, and provide a great user experience. Develop GTM plans and deliverables, such as customer/partner NDA presentations, technology overviews, sales training, FAQs, and white papers, aimed at enabling rapid market adoption of asset discovery, network automation, and DDI network source of truth, and work with relevant teams to execute the plans. Drive market analysis, product strategy and definition, competitive analysis, partner interaction, and customer management associated with our products. Develop business cases for new concepts, such as opportunity size, financial impact, market share, cost of sales, and profitability expectations. Participate, contribute and represent asset insights in Customer Programs such as the Early Access Program (EAP), Customer Advisory Board (CAB), and Technical Advisory Board (TAB). Lead a small team of Product managers, including delegation of responsibilities, career planning, performance reviews, objective setting, and status rollup. Develop and become the 'go-to' team for subject matter expertise in the areas of public cloud and on-premises asset discovery, network automation, and network source of truth. Work with Business Development to represent network discovery and asset insights interests during partner meetings working toward integrations that benefit customers using Infoblox DDI. What you'll bring: 20+ years of product management experience in the field of network management, including cloud networking, network discovery, network automation, and/or network performance management. 5+ years of experience in people management, preferably in a product management capacity. Recent product experience for a Cyber Asset Attack Service Management (CAASM) vendor preferred. Public cloud hyperscaler experience, preferably with at least one cloud certification. Experience with SaaS managed solutions and AI/ML. Solid familiarity of network service protocols, such as DNS, DHCP, SSH/SCP, REST, SNMP, and syslog. Familiarity with the major orchestration players in the field of Data Center automation, including Ansible and Terraform. Ability to capture and articulate customer problems and translate those into product strategy and requirements. Ability to lead internal cross-functional teams to successfully deliver features. Demonstrated success in managing relationships with partners, customers, and sales teams, particularly in difficult or challenging situations. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Related Engineering field. What success looks like: After six months, you will... Own the roadmap for Universal Asset Insights, NIOS Network Insight, and NIOS Cloud Network Automation. Lead content generation, enablement of Sales architects, and subject matter expertise where it is required, including customer calls, partner calls, and business development meetings relative to network discovery and analysis. Define the process and product changes required for adding new device support to the discovery engine and own the prioritization of vendor integrations. After a year, you will ...
