A rapidly growing renewables company is seeking a

Human Resources Manager

to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices. Working cross-functionally, the new leader will play a pivotal role in meeting company goals by offering strategic guidance, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment of HR values with local employment laws and standards.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement human resources strategies, policies, and procedures that support the organization's mission, vision, and values. Manage and oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations/performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and unemployment. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws & regulations. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization. Develop and maintain job descriptions, employee handbooks, and other HR-related documentation. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits and wellness programs. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation. Drive initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Stay informed about current HR trends, best practices, and legal developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3-5+ years of experience in a hands-on, full-cycle HR position Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
