Are you a high-achieving recruiter or salesperson who thrives on exceeding targets? Are you adept at building rapport with highly discerning customers? Do you have the passion to transform education and inspire parents to embrace a revolutionary approach to schooling? Join Alpha today!
Alpha is not just a school; it's a paradigm shift in education. Wave goodbye to conventional classrooms, outdated grading systems, and rigid structures. At Alpha, we're rewriting the rules to create an educational experience that's truly exceptional. Our mission is simple:
Students will love school: Our students can't wait to walk through our doors every morning.
Students will accelerate their learning: They'll learn at double the speed of traditional schools.
Students will acquire life skills: We're shaping tomorrow's leaders, not just learners.
As Alpha embarks on a journey to establish new campuses, we're on the lookout for remarkable salespeople who can recruit families seeking a cutting-edge education for their children. Your role will be pivotal as you oversee a multi-state territory within the United States, spearheading efforts to secure pre-launch commitments from parents. With your help, we aim to expand to 100 new locations in the next decade.
This role will initially focus on one of two territories: US Southwest (Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, & Nevada) or US Southeast (Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, & Tennessee). Although the role is hybrid, you should expect significant travel and time on location as we identify the sites of our next 5 schools for the 2024-2025 school year. Your mission: Secure the initial enrollment commitments necessary to open these K-8th grade campuses.
Our target parent demographic is discerning and deeply engaged in their children's future. You will connect with this high-net-worth community, forge invaluable relationships, and position Alpha as the definitive answer to their educational aspirations.
Are You Ready to Make History?
If you're a seasoned sales professional, a quota-crusher with a flair for networking, and if the thought of transforming the lives of children ignites your passion, then read on.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Proven Sales Success: Your track record is a testament to your ability to consistently meet and exceed sales or business development quotas. Networking Expertise: Your extensive network and exceptional relationship-building skills will be your secret weapons. A Passion for Change: You're not just selling a product; you're championing a groundbreaking educational philosophy that has the potential to reshape the future. Why Join Alpha?
Be a Pioneer: Help us rewrite the playbook on education and be at the forefront of a transformative movement. Impact Lives: Every day at Alpha, you'll be part of something bigger – a movement that's changing the course of children's lives for the better. Career Growth: We model the growth & learning we expect our students to embrace, so you'll receive coaching, training, and opportunities for leadership. Ready to revolutionize education? Fostering Relationships: Building and nurturing strong connections within your assigned multi-state territory, establishing trust and credibility with parents who are seeking an alternative education solution. Achieving Quotas: Consistently exceeding sales and recruitment targets. Educational Advocacy: Serving as an advocate for Alpha's mission and philosophy. Networking Mastery: Continuously expanding your network through industry events, conferences, and targeted outreach to influencers and thought leaders within the high-net-worth parent community. Strategic Outreach: Identifying and prioritizing potential high-value prospects and local partnerships. What you will NOT be doing
Traditional Sales Tactics: You won't be relying on outdated, high-pressure sales techniques. Instead, you'll engage in consultative, relationship-driven selling. Micromanaging Parents: We believe in empowering parents to make informed decisions. You won't be pushing families into a decision; rather, you'll guide them toward making the right choice for their children. Chasing Dead-End Leads: Your time is too valuable to be spent on leads that aren't a good fit for Alpha. You'll focus on high-potential prospects who align with our mission. Key responsibilities

You will bring the "how" -- the energy, finesse, and strategic networking instincts to execute a playbook that includes: Conducting weekly small group family events Meeting with families Networking with local parent groups Building relationships with top company recruiters, HR departments, realtors, and feeder schools Monitoring the local social media chatter Knowing how Alpha compares to local programs Generating referrals from existing Alpha families Candidate requirements
Willingness to work within a defined US territory, with regular travel Demonstrated experience meeting a recruiting or sales quota Exceptional persuasive communication skills Knowledge of where to find and how to connect with Alpha's target parent demographic Ability to legally work in the United States without visa sponsorship Applying for a role? We’ve curated a series of steps that take the guesswork (and cognitive bias) out of recruiting the best person. STEP 1 Pass Cognitive Aptitude Test.
STEP 2 STEP 3 Prove Real-World Job Skills.
STEP 4 Ace An Interview Or Two.
STEP 5 Accept Job Offer.
STEP 6 Celebrate!
