Trial Attorney- Litigation Defense

A growing law firm is seeking insurance defense attorneys with 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation. It is especially interested in attorneys with first-party insurance litigation and/or construction defect litigation. Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: commercial litigation, insurance defense, product liability, employment law, and business litigation. The ideal attorney candidate will have the following: Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution, including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions and trial work, handling mediations. Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals and clients. Self-starter; professional. Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment. Energetic, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic. Stellar research, written and verbal communication skills are key. Motivated, ambitious, and career-oriented.
