minimum of 2-4 years of experience . The ideal candidate will have
specialized in first and/or third party insurance coverage practice for at least 1-2 of those years . As a prerequisite, the selected candidate will need to secure licensure in
both North Carolina and South Carolina . While candidates admitted to either NC or SC will be considered, it is imperative to obtain admission to both states within the first year of employment. Requirements: Minimum 2-4 years
of experience as an attorney Specialization in first and/or third party insurance coverage practice for at least 1-2 years. *The candidate
must
have the requisite coverage experience, i.e., 1-2 years at a minimum. Our client will consider more. Individuals with solid academic credentials and a demonstrated proficiency in legal writing. Licensure in both North Carolina and South Carolina (Candidates admitted to either state will be considered, but must secure admission to both within a year of employment) Excellent academic credentials.
