land use permitting and compliance issues

for a range of projects. Collaborate with lawyers, consultants, and subject matter experts in areas such as environmental law, real estate, and project financing. Contribute to transactional real estate matters as needed. What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of experience

in land use, with a strong foundation in land development or transactional real estate. Demonstrated ability to navigate permitting and compliance issues. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a large firm environment. Membership or pending membership with the

Washington State Bar . A desire to work in the

Seattle or Bellevue office . Compensation & Benefits Annualized salary range:

$205,000 to $330,000
