Job Description Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, a Recruiter is responsible for delivering recruiting success throughout the organization and plays a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. Responsibilities Support the application of NANA’s Shareholder Hire Preference policy in all recruitment and hiring activities, promoting the hire, development, and promotion of NANA Shareholders. Assist with pre-screening, interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for various positions throughout the five divisions of NMS, including seasonal work, contract start-up, high turnover positions, and Lower 48 staffing. Recruiter may also support NANA Construction or several of NANA’s Engineering Companies as needed. Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment making upwards of 50+ outreach calls daily. Work with Recruiters to draft requisitions. Check employment references or verify rehire employment statuses. Communicate with hiring managers or partner with a recruiter to discuss staffing and hiring needs. Support various recruiters while they are on PTO or OOTO in coordination with guidance from an assigned Senior Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, or Senior Director of Recruiting. May backup or work as the department's Recruiting Coordinator. Close out job requisitions, applying the appropriate disposition codes, and communicate with candidates related to non-selection. Communicate with applicants on jobs and application statuses, promoting a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Apply innovative approaches to sourcing, advertising, and networking to engage talent. Network through industry contacts, social media, association memberships, trade groups, and employees. Ensure all recruiting and selection practices follow applicable federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity, immigration, FLSA, and company policy. Promote and maintain fair employment practices. Assist in other department projects as necessary. Perform other duties pertinent to the department or unit’s success as assigned. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Two-year degree in Business, HR, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with a four-year degree. Additional experience will be considered in place of a degree. Must have 2 years of professional work experience, with one year in staffing, recruiting, sales, hiring, or HR-related experience. Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Team player with a sense of urgency. Extremely versatile and able to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. Experience with social networking and strong Internet sourcing skills. Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. (Candidates will be tested on competency level). Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Weather:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of software programs used in emails, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing. The position requires reading, detailed work, problem solving, interactions with other companies including other NANA companies, reasoning, math, language, presentations, verbal and written communication, analytical reasoning, and managing multiple concurrent tasks while handling constant interruptions.
