Summary: The Director, Finance Business Systems will be responsible for strategy, implementation and ownership of financial systems and other related back-office technology solutions that help drive business efficiency, scale, and innovation. This role requires a leader with a strong background in finance technology management, business process optimization, project management and team leadership. This role also requires expertise in selecting and procuring ERP solutions, designing user requirements and testing schedules, evaluating new software tools and managing costs of existing software tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of aligning ERP and other technology initiatives with business objectives, enhancing operational capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This individual will help grow our team and systems to a world-class finance organization that is customer service-oriented and highly accountable. Serve as Business System Lead for Finance’s technology portfolio. Provide business system admin support where needed. Partner closely with IT System Lead(s) to maintain, evolve, and introduce new Finance-related technologies. Develop and execute on the company’s finance technology strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives. Assist IT in preparation and ongoing updates of multi-year technology roadmap for Finance-related systems. Collaborate closely with Finance teams, Supply Chain and Operations, People, IT and other support functions to build a world class technology footprint to enable efficiency at scale and to allow for the finance organization and the company to achieve its operating objectives. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions, including but not limited to the selection and deployment of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, to support business processes and operations. Current systems include, but are not limited to, Netsuite, Concur, Equity Edge, Anaplan, Workday, etc. and prospective systems may include SAP, Oracle among others. Partner closely with IT to provide expertise, techno-functional support, administration, project management and maintenance of all internal finance and accounting systems. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining optimal results. Other special projects and assignments as required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with 12+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting systems and software. Experience implementing, designing, maintaining and enhancing ERP and related financial systems & tools, is required. Strong knowledge of internal controls/SOX and financial reporting systems framework in a public company setting is required. Proven experience in developing and executing Finance-related technology strategies that drive business growth and efficiency. Working knowledge of security best practices (e.g., segregation of duties) for Finance-related systems. Experience in fast-paced environment, highly driven with the ability to conduct multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects, especially long-term. Able to manage multiple complex projects and deliver in a timely manner. Effectively communicates and presents information to senior management and other stakeholders (written, orally and via presentation materials), possesses an inquisitive mind, and works effectively with multiple functions; brings strong executive presence and the ability to influence decision making. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven team player and must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. He/She must have the ability to drive results, possesses a strong drive to meet and exceed goals and is willing to take ownership of problems and make or recommend sound decisions. The compensation package will be competitive and includes comprehensive benefits and an equity component. Salary Range:
