Description
The Director of Portfolio Strategy will report to the Portfolio Marketing and Operations Head, and will work in close collaboration with brand, sales, and partners, to define portfolio strategies and tactics. You will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of the portfolio marketing strategy to develop a unique cross brand identity, along with Account Management and Customer Solutions teams, that authentically reflects company values and commitment to excellence.
Main responsibilities: Lead strategic projects for customer portfolio solutions that maximize value for the customer and brand initiatives Build appropriate brand content and provide thought partnership into tactical execution by sales teams Identify tactics brand teams could use to enhance strategic initiatives including omnichannel, digital and customer value propositions Build and execute the roadmap for growth opportunities using market and customer insights, marketing strategy, analytics, digital marketing tools and platforms Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio marketing campaigns Guide development of rationale and decisions on pricing, positioning, promotion, distribution, market research, regulatory and other issues which impact product marketing. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or Master's preferred 8-10 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry Demonstrated ability to execute marketing and digital solutions to deliver brand and customer objectives
