What You'll Be Doing CarePoint Health Medical Group is recruiting for a BE/BC - Family Medicine Physician to join our established Medical Group, Per Diem:
Personnel/HR: Annual reviews Interviewing/hiring Managing interpersonal conflicts Reviewing/approving days off and scheduling coverage from external sources if need be
Resident supervision Correcting attendance/behavior issues Reviewing schedules, approving exceptions and changes Writing performance evaluations Writing letters of recommendation when needed Implementing remediation plans as needed
Patient care administrative duties Billing review/correction Daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation (visits/no-shows/cancellations etc.) Monthly and annual reporting for management Ad-hoc reporting per request of executives Investigating and resolving Verge reports/incidents Mediating and resolving patient/employee conflicts Making sure all point-of-care activities are properly performed by staff, including checking control activities
EMR management Reviewing reporting functions for errors, interacting with IT teams to ensure proper functioning of eCW and Meditech and interface Reporting downtime to IT Training residents in EMR use including 1 full day training session Reporting benchmarks/goals
