License: Active RN License Certifications: - BLS (must be AHA)- NRP required- STABLE preferred Must-Have: - Experience with titrating drips- Level III or IV NICU experience- CPAP/bubble CPAP, siPAP experience- Experience preferred with ventilator, oscillator/jet- EPIC experience with minimal guidance needed- Comfortable with a range of respiratory support without team assistance Job Description: - Required to float to a hospital 30 miles from the primary location for full shifts- Engage in a fast-paced, high-acuity NICU environment- Provide care in units with 40 beds and above- Participate in floor orientation for 3 shifts- Float to pediatrics if needed (PICU, PIMC, or pediatric medical/surgical)- Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1-3 in ICU and 1:3-4 in IMC- Work every other weekend and every other holiday- Wear navy blue tops/pants, with the option for pediatric-friendly tops- Conduct care with minimal guidance and adapt to various levels of acuityCandidates should feel prepared to manage complex care scenarios and immediately integrate into the team, providing high-quality care efficiently.
