Oak Street Medical Clinic, a proud member of Praxis Health, is seeking an experiencedInternal Medicine Physicianwith a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a provider with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Outpatient-only setting
Strong specialty and sub-specialty support on site
Integrated Behavioral Health Professionals are embedded within the practice
Call 1:13, involves telephone call only
12-month salary guarantee with practice ramp up: $240,000 - $245,000
Salary range – $270,000 - $380,000
Comprehensive benefits, 401k, paid malpractice, generous CME and personal leave
4- day workweek
Relocation, Sign-On Bonus, Student Loan Repayment
Visa sponsorship offered to J1/ H1B candidates

Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Abilities:
Highly-engaged MD/DO physician with at least 3 years of experience
Board Certification and Residency trained in Internal Medicine
Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Respect for patient's confidentiality
Compassionate and approachable
Responsible and trustworthy
Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
