Build and maintain relationships with key clients to drive repeat business. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the hotel’s features, amenities, and services. Customized Proposals: Develop customized proposals and packages based on the specific needs and preferences of clients. Provide detailed pricing, terms, and inclusions for accommodations, meetings, and events. Negotiations and Contract Management: Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients to secure bookings. Ensure that all contract terms are clear, agreed upon, and adhered to. Event and Group Sales: Promote and sell event spaces for conferences, weddings, meetings, and other gatherings. Collaborate with event planners and coordinate logistics for group bookings. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities for the hotel. Networking and Promotion: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the hotel’s reach and connect with potential clients. Utilize various marketing channels, including email campaigns and social media, to promote hotel services. Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the hotel management.
