Salesforce Lead Location: Locations: Open to Irving TX and Alpharetta Ga. Hybrid- Every Tuesdays for now. Can change later MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): At Least 8 years of total experience Well versed in analyzing company processes, translating business workflows into accurate Salesforce.com workflows and configuring/customizing Salesforce.com to meet business needs. Instrumental in leading developers towards successful completion of deliverables and managing expectations Deep understanding of Salesforce.com - Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Force.com and have a clear understanding of the underlying configuration details and platform characteristics Adept in CRM business processes like Account Management, Opportunity Management, Partner Management and Lead Management Ability to work with and facilitate large cross discipline collaboration Excellent verbal and written skills, especially with regards to presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Thorough understanding of Agile and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development lifecycles DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce.com technologies - Salesforce Lightning Interface, Lightning Components, SLDS, Apex (Classes,Triggers, Batch Jobs, Schedulers, Dynamic Apex), SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce(Pages, Components & Controllers), S-Controls, Web Services API(SOAP/ REST), Metadata API, Workflow & Approvals, Validation Rules & Formulas,Siteforce, Reports & Dashboards, Analytic Snapshots Communities, Einstein Analytics Extensive knowledge of - Lightning Aura framework, Lightning Security, Locker Service, Lightning Customer component development, Flexi pages Experience in release management using SFDC ANT migration tool, version control tools and JENKINS Extensive implementation experience of integration with enterprise applications Expertise on ETL tools like Informatica Cloud JOB DUTIES: The candidate will be responsible for Design, Development, Unit Testing, System Testing Support and UAT Support for SFDC modules. The candidate is also expected to be able to research and conceptualize by His/Her self solutions to business requirements that will enable the IT team to deliver a solution that is robust, scalable and the best experience for the end users.
