THE ROLE: This critical role will be managing the Employee Master Data system, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. This role focuses on building data models and frameworks that empower the People Analytics team with the insights needed to drive HR initiatives, data governance, and analytics strategy. By prioritizing data quality and governance, you will contribute to enhancing data-driven decision-making within HR and support the organization’s overall mission. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and maintain Employee Master Data, aligning it with data governance standards and the needs of the People Analytics team. Lead data quality initiatives to ensure consistency and accuracy of HR data across platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally with People Analytics, IT, and Enterprise Architecture teams, aligning projects with HR and company-wide goals. Support AI and ML initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies through predictive analytics and intelligent automation. Drive development of a secure and scalable HR data model and Data Warehouse architecture that supports advanced analytics. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field. 8 YOES experience with MDM tools and tech including at least 5 years in HR analytics or data management. Expertise in data modeling, management, and governance Proficiency in SQL and Python. Strong experience with analytics and data viz tools, such as Tableau and Power BI. Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders and collaborate effectively across departments. Solid project management skills and a strategic mindset for creating data solutions that align with HR’s long-term objectives. MUST BE US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER FOR THIS POSITION
