A premier contractor in Austin, specializing in multi-family and mixed-use developments. Their projects range in value from $30M upwards, and we are seeking a Superintendent with proven expertise in managing complex, high-value multi-family construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site operations for multi-family and mixed-use projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Lead the construction team, coordinating all activities on site and managing subcontractors and suppliers Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines Manage day-to-day problem solving, ensuring smooth site operations Maintain strong communication with the project management team, clients, and other stakeholders Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with project specifications Requirements: 5-8 years’ experience solely managing multi-family construction projects valued at $30M Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control OSHA 30 certification required Proven ability to lead and coordinate large construction teams Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong commitment to delivering top-quality work Ability to handle complex, high-pressure project environments Why Join Us?
